السيدات والسادة فى العالم الحر استغاثة من حسن فؤاد الطيب رئيس مجلس ادارة جمعية الانقاذ البحرى وحماية البيئة فى عام ٢٠١٠ بمنطقة شرم الشيخ كلنا يعلم بهجمات اسماك القرش كما هو مسجل التاريخ بوسائل الاعلام وجوجل كل التسجيلات ومن خلال قربى من الحدث كنا نقوم بالنصح والصريقة المعالجة للمشكلة الا ان بعد اربع اشهر من الحدث ديسمبر ٢٠١٠وبالتحديد فى ١٧ ابريل جاء بلاغ من احد مديرى الفنادق ببلاغ ان هجوم تم على سائحة بشرم الشيخ ويتم التكتم على الحدث الا ان الجمعية رات ان يجب الاعلان للحرص على من يرتاد الشواطىء وان يتوخوا الحذر اثناء السباحة الا ان الحكومة قدمتنا للمحاكمة بحجة تسجيل البلاغات بدون اذن الشخص البلغ علما بان الاسعاف والنجدة والانقاذ والمطافى حين ياتى بلاغ تسجل الرسائل كاجراء تامين ونحن كجمعية انقاذ نعمل بنفس المستوى وبدون ربح اى مجانا وفى الايام الاخيرة من شهر ديسمبر وجدت رجال البوليس يبلغونى بان لابد من حضورى وتسليم نفسى لقضاء عام بالسجن بسبب تلقى بلاغات ونشرها من محكمة شرم الشيخ وانى اناشد العالم الحر بمساعدتى على الخروج من مصر للعيش باقى عمرى فى سلام وامان
